RJ Prince founded Prince Organization with the belief that better everyday healthcare and proactive wellness lead to stronger workplaces and better long-term outcomes for both employees and businesses.
With a background in business and real estate, RJ brings a practical and numbers-driven approach to evaluating employee benefits. He works directly with business owners and leadership teams to explain how the Champ Plan is structured, how it impacts employees, and how it can create measurable financial savings for employers.
RJ has always had a strong personal interest in health, fitness, and performance. Having earned a scholarship to play baseball at UC San Diego and competing as a student-athlete on the baseball team, he has spent most of his life prioritizing fitness and nutrition. Because of this, he believes access to preventative care should be simple, affordable, and widely available.
That mindset is a big reason he connected strongly with the mission behind the Champ Plan. His approach is straightforward and transparent, focused on helping businesses make informed decisions that support both their company and their employees.
