RJ has always been passionate about health, fitness, and performance. Having played baseball for most of his life and maintaining a strong interest in nutrition and proactive wellness, he believes prevention and access to care should be a priority — not an afterthought. That personal mindset is a big reason he connected so strongly with the mission behind the Champ Plan.
