Overview

What Is The Champ Plan™?

The Champ Plan™ is a self-funded preventive healthcare benefit designed to work alongside an employer’s primary health insurance. It focuses on everyday healthcare needs such as primary care, urgent care, and prescriptions while improving the overall efficiency of a company’s benefits strategy.


Instead of sending routine care through traditional insurance, the Champ Plan acts as a frontline layer of coverage. Employees get easier access to care, and employers reduce unnecessary strain on their primary health plan.
