This step is designed to provide clarity before moving forward. To prepare this overview, we typically review a recent payroll census or payroll register from a single pay period.

Once you decide to move forward, the plan is structured using an IRS Section 125 compliant framework.


Employee contributions are integrated into payroll as pre-tax deductions, and the implementation team works with your payroll provider to ensure the setup is completed correctly.
